2. If a general salary increase (s) for a transaction agreement in one of the first years (1 September, 2016 to 31. August 2017) or second year (September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018) above 0%, the general salary increase negotiated under this transaction agreement is more than 0% on the wage network, administrative allowances and the daily wages of teachers replacing collective agreements with the association during the first or second year and the dates (e) negotiated as part of the comparison agreement concerned. If more than one general increase was negotiated for transaction agreements, the increases are not taken into account beyond several transaction agreements, but the general increase (n) is applied annually to the salary schedule, administrative allowances and the daily salary of substitute teachers. 5.2.1 Number of days spent on the network: the payroll of a substitute teacher who fills the same teaching position for more than five consecutive days of school is paid from the sixth consecutive day of school, in accordance with intermediation in the payroll plan under the terms of this agreement. c) teachers covered by the collective agreement who are affected by the bonus. 1.1 This collective agreement applies to anyone who requires a teacher`s certificate as a condition of employment in the school jurisdiction, with the exception of positions agreed to be excluded in local negotiations between the school justice and the association. 2.1 Unless otherwise stated in this agreement, this agreement is fully applicable from 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2016. 1.2 For the purposes of this collective agreement, and notwithstanding the provisions of the Schools Act, Teachers` Day is considered non-compulsory. 9.2.3 A teacher who is on professional improvement leave undertakes in writing to reinstate the teacher`s duties at the end of the teacher`s leave and may only resign or retire by mutual agreement between the school justice and the teacher for a period of at least two years after the teacher`s re-election.
